我的意见是将来要有三分之一的非军政人物要进入正传，甚至三分之一多一点都可以。同时，还要适当提高他们这些人物的字数级别。我觉得你们把这些人物的级别定得太低。目前定的特级人物有8个：努尔哈赤、皇太极、康熙、雍正、乾隆、慈禧、曾国藩、李鸿章，全是帝王将相。我想清朝最重要的人物就是特级人物。你们能不能拉一个名单，看看清朝最重要的人物到底是谁，历史贡献最大的人究竟是哪些人，我想这里面曹雪芹也应该有吧。当然曹雪芹写不了多少，因为没有资料，总不能去编造。但是这没有关系，他的事情少，他可以是特级人物，也入正传，当然字数写不了很多。这样，正传人物恐怕要有几十个人，到底三十个还是五十个，你们先拉一个名单出来，再考虑，然后定甲级、乙级。有的人可以与努尔哈赤并列为甲级，如郑成功、林则徐、孙中山，还有黄宗羲、顾炎武，再比如曹雪芹，他的影响大不一定比努尔哈赤小，我看知道曹雪芹的人可能更多些，他的贡献也大。当然我不是贬低努尔哈赤，两个人的级别至少是差不多吧。目前，对一般文化人物的级别定得都比较低，所以定级别还要斟酌。
