杨钧《草堂之灵》卷四：
曾文正祠成，长沙名士咸集新祠，设宴贺之。有人戏以牛则有皮四字求对，李篁仙、郭筠仙均不能答。王湘绮先生后至，郭云：罚汝作对。湘绮曰：有一语可对，小儿女皆知之者。然不肯说出。郭急询之。乃曰：焉哉乎也。郭、李皆抚掌大笑，其余士绅多不知所谓。
按：《春秋左傳正義》宣公二年：使其驂乘謂之曰。牛則有皮。犀兕尚多。焉哉乎也，《千字文》最末一句，故曰“小儿女皆知之者”。《說文》，焉訓鳥，也訓女陰。
